Your preview is free to review, with no obligation. Publishing and ongoing management are the paid service.

A founding offer

Start with
Essential.

Standard Essential is CAD 349/month.

CAD249/ month

Before applicable tax. No separate website setup fee.

For the first three businesses that agree to an eligible Essential scope and whose first payments clear. An inquiry or free preview does not reserve a place.

There is no twelve-payment minimum or mandatory implementation exit charge. The first payment follows signed exact scope and funds your first live month; no second recurring payment is due before launch.

Founding Essential remains CAD 249 per live service month unless we both agree in writing to a change. There is no automatic increase to CAD 349.

The essentials
are in every plan.

A complete agreed website, a checked launch and care that continues even when you haven’t requested a change.

  • Your business, clearly presented.

A responsive website using your approved facts, logo and usable images, using photos and branding you have permission to share, plus one combined round of corrections within the agreed build.

  • A clear way to inquire.

A standard form for non-sensitive inquiries, useful contact links, and a checked launch inquiry through to the intended inbox.

  • Care after launch.

Hosting, routine checks that the site and inquiry form work, security and software checks, and a monthly note on what we did. Included search care follows your plan’s schedule.

Build scope and work quoted separately

Each plan covers one business, one website, one agreed existing domain and one language, within the page and operating-location limits shown. Home, service, project, location, About and Contact pages count toward the content-page limit. Privacy and other necessary service pages, including the page shown for a missing link, do not count toward that limit. The limits are not a requirement to fill every available page.

The agreed build includes editing supplied factual material, responsive layouts, restrained purposeful motion with reduced-motion and no-JavaScript access, a standard non-sensitive inquiry form, page titles and descriptions, search access and site-map checks, and accurate business details in the formats search engines can use where appropriate. Ordinary migration covers the agreed pages and up to 20 ordinary redirects. Your live website includes a secure HTTPS connection and a backup copy for recovery.

New pages after approval, extensive original copywriting, a full rebrand, photography or video production, custom illustration, extra languages or domains, complex migration, more than 20 redirects, custom apps, calculators, booking systems and complex integrations need separate scope. Ecommerce, website payments, membership, sensitive intake and document uploads are outside these plans. Social and email marketing, unbounded SEO/content campaigns and purchased or guaranteed backlinks are not included; included search care and the bounded Ads service are described below.

Domain registration and renewal, email hosting and paid third-party services are separate costs. We agree extra scope, price and any cap in writing before dependent work or charges. Your initial approved photos, logo and business facts, the agreed build, correction round and fixes to our work do not consume your requested-change allowance.

A clear way
to ask for changes.

Tell us what needs changing. Before we start, we agree what you want changed, confirm that the details and approvals are ready, and tell you how much of your allowance it uses and whether there is an extra fixed price.

Your first allowance and the months after it

Your first allowance begins after we agree and sign the exact work and receive your first payment. It covers agreed refinements during setup and the first live service month. It does not restart at launch or add a second regular allowance. We record what was used before launch and the remaining balance.

AllowanceEssentialGrowthPartner
Requested refinements across setup and first live month, total120 service minutes240 service minutes480 service minutes
Requested changes from month two30 service minutes / month60 service minutes / month120 service minutes / month

Your regular allowance starts with the second payment, one calendar month after launch. A revised launch date moves the end of the first period with it. Your regular hosting, checks and support continue during setup and your first live month. The agreed initial build and correction round remain separate from requested refinements. There is no extra invoice for the first allowance.

We agree how much of your change allowance a request uses before starting. It is based on the work a competent professional would ordinarily need, including clarification, making the change and checking it. These minutes describe the size of the agreed job. They are not a promise of someone working a set number of hours or a measure of how long AI runs. We use AI-supported workflows and confirm your delivery arrangements before you sign.

Estimates, unused allowance and extra work

Requested changes use the pages and features already agreed, such as text, images, links, hours, staff details and seasonal updates. Before starting, we agree the facts, the change to be made, its agreed service-minute estimate, how much of your allowance it uses and any fixed extra price. The same accepted change keeps that allowance use and price if it takes us longer. We absorb our underestimate, complete the required checks, and fix our defects or missed agreed criteria without using your allowance.

Unused uncommitted allowance expires each service cycle, without banking, rollover or cash credit. Ready requests we have already accepted remain owed once against their original allowance if we schedule them later. Client-delayed or not-yet-ready work needs revised written scope, dates and allowance agreement; it does not create an automatic extra charge.

Material added scope needs a separate written estimate accepted before that extra work begins. Extra work is a fixed agreed scope and price, using CAD 125 per agreed hour of estimated work as a pricing reference, or another fixed price we agree with you. There is no retrospective hourly overage or automatic charge. We compare a one-cycle upgrade and recommend a cheaper fitting fixed quote where sensible.

We may agree and record a reasonable small extra at our cost. This goodwill is discretionary, rather than an automatic allowance. Finishing the same accepted scope remains our responsibility. Planned batched releases help organize work; they are not a four-release cap or a fifth-release fee for otherwise included changes.

Ongoing checks, support and dated promotions

Hosting, routine checks, agreed upkeep and a monthly work note continue without edit requests. Standard service hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Vancouver time, excluding BC statutory holidays. Actual coverage and absence arrangements are confirmed before signing.

Our targets are acknowledgement within one business day, and completion of a small complete request within two business days once facts, assets and approval are ready, within allowance and agreed scope. Critical incidents receive priority triage, with an acknowledgement target of four business hours during service hours, followed by a realistic update and repair plan. These are targets, not guaranteed repair times, 24/7 staffing or an uptime guarantee.

For an approved dated promotion, we agree its exact end time, business timezone and replacement content. Removing it and checking the result are part of the same job, even in a later month: no reminder, second fee or second allowance use. Safe approved copyright-year upkeep is included and preserves the verified start year. Substantive business-fact changes need verified details and your approval.

A higher plan for one service cycle

From month two, you can agree one full higher-tier service cycle at a billing boundary. The extra charges before tax are CAD 200 for Essential to Growth, with 30 extra requested service minutes; CAD 500 for Essential to Partner, with 90; or CAD 300 for Growth to Partner, with 60. We agree dates, work, fee and allowance first. For mid-cycle work, we offer a fixed quote now or an upgrade next cycle.

You return automatically to your original plan at the end. Unused extras expire, while ready accepted work we schedule later remains owed once against that cycle. The upgrade does not add a permanent build, page, location or feature entitlement, reset your term or restart the first allowance. Your original monthly price, cancellation rights and optional flat implementation buyout stay the same. We list the one-month upgrade separately.

A paid one-cycle upgrade includes one review, justified refinements and a plain report at the target plan’s depth for that completed cycle, within your existing agreed site, pages and locations. It is owed at cycle close, or the next business day if closed, even after reversion or termination. It replaces any base review earned in that same cycle; otherwise it is additional. No renewal or new fee is needed, and the original future search-review schedule remains anchored to launch.

A temporary Partner cycle can include the eligible Ads benefit. Its flight and our management stop at reversion unless you explicitly agree continuation and budget. An already billed CAD 249 lower-plan Ads management fee for that same cycle is replaced, credited or refunded before the upgrade charge. Management fees are not stacked, unchanged completed setup is not charged again, and Partner has no extra CAD 499 setup charge.

Hosting limits and unexpected usage

Ordinary static business websites include up to 50 GB of bandwidth, 250,000 web requests and 1,000 legitimate standard inquiries per monthly cycle. Large downloads and video streaming, custom server processing and running AI services on your website need a separate agreement.

We monitor usage and discuss a forecast overrun before proposing a specific accepted extra cap or compatible migration. There is no automatic recharge or unapproved customer charge. Provider limits may interrupt service; unlimited hosting and guaranteed uptime are not promised. Page-availability checks and alert review are separate from inquiry-delivery checks: a page loading does not prove a message arrived.

We bear ordinary hosting and provider exchange-rate, tax and cost variation within the agreed price and scope for each current paid monthly service period. Any proposed future plan price or scope change needs advance notice and your acceptance before it takes effect.

Know the terms.
Keep your options.

You keep your domain, supplied content, agreed custom copy, customer data and independent business accounts. Ending monthly care and keeping the delivered website implementation are separate decisions.

Monthly payments and cancellation

Each plan is ongoing monthly service with no twelve-payment minimum, mandatory build charge or implementation exit charge. Your first payment follows a signed exact scope and funds the first live service month. No second recurring payment is due before launch; the next is scheduled one calendar month after launch. We agree content, access readiness and a feasible launch date. A client-caused delay prompts a revised date rather than an undisclosed fee.

You may request cancellation at any time. We preserve the first qualifying request and review the agreement, buyer-specific legal rights and actual billing schedule before confirming any final payment or service end. Applicable legal cancellation and refund rights take priority. Any proposed final payment or service period is determined only from the reviewed buyer agreement, lawful rule and actual billing record. A later calculation does not restart your original request.

We show the verified final due date, before-tax amount, applicable tax, total and funded service end when those facts are known. We do not promise a fixed 30-day end date or a payment while the legal branch or provider state is unresolved. A failed payment does not fund another service period. Earlier earned unpaid amounts are considered separately. We do not accelerate future monthly payments or hold your property over a disputed balance.

Your property and optional website rights

You own your domain and registrar account, business marks, supplied assets, agreed custom copy, inquiries, customer data and independent accounts. We provide their ordinary handover without an extra agency domain-transfer service fee or a requirement to buy our website implementation. Actual registrar, registry or other third-party charges remain separate where applicable. A destination-site migration or form reconnection is separate work only if requested, scoped and priced before it begins.

Use of the delivered client-specific website implementation is included while managed service is paid. If you separately ask to keep using it afterward, the stated buyout is a flat CAD 1,500 regardless of how long you subscribed. It is optional, never an automatic cancellation debt, and does not change your right to your own property.

Before any buyout acceptance or charge, a buyer-specific quote must verify whether the stated price includes tax, the applicable tax and total, the exact transferable client-specific source, built files and assets, the continuing use-and-modify rights, embedded foundation and third-party limits, and an export schedule. Our reusable foundation, tools and other-client materials remain ours. New hosting, support, platform conversion and destination migration are not included. A source export is not promised to work natively on another platform.

Ending service and keeping your choices separate

Ordinary cancellation does not require a website buyout. We preserve the original request evidence and reconcile only lawful service amounts, credits and refunds. Your domain, content, data and independent accounts are handed over under the agreement. If you want continuing rights to the delivered implementation, you may request the separate flat stated-price quote above. We do not combine an automatic implementation charge with a final service payment.

A buyer-specific agreement, tax and rights review must precede a binding final schedule or optional buyout. If a legal right ends service earlier or requires a refund, that right takes priority. The actual payment and service dates are never inferred from this public page.

Cancellation before launch or if we miss our agreement

Before website work starts, cancellation receives a full refund. After work starts but before launch, we retain only documented actual eligible website effort producing usable client-owned copy or content already delivered with use-and-modify rights, at CAD 60/hour. Retention is capped at the lower of your first payment and the applicable plan ceiling shown below. Excess is refunded within ten business days; no future subscriptions or extra recovery are due.

We return supplied assets and paid client-owned content. Agency implementation code you cannot use, reusable foundations, unattended AI time, service-minute estimates, Ads/media and work paid separately are excluded from retained payment. No second recurring charge is taken before launch. If we miss the agreed launch date by more than ten business days for reasons within our control, you may cancel for a full refund with no recovery. For an uncured material agency breach after a ten-business-day written opportunity where practicable, no build recovery applies; prepaid undelivered service is refunded and usable client-specific work is supplied without an extra licence fee. Applicable non-waivable rights take priority.

Search care,
already included.

Useful factual pages. Practical discovery checks. A clear account of what we can observe and what to improve next.

Essential: every three completed live months.
Growth: every two.
Partner: every month.

Before launch, the first live week and scheduled reviews

Before launch, we check the agreed services and locations for useful factual content, search access, page titles, the site's preferred page addresses, site map, old-page forwarding, links between pages and accurate business information for search engines. In the first seven live calendar days, we check a real test that an inquiry reaches the approved inbox, whether search engines can access the live site, and website links on your approved business profiles. We prepare or complete legitimate Google and Bing discovery steps where access permits. Provider processing can take longer, and missing access is reported honestly.

Reviews are earned after each three completed live months on Essential, two on Growth or one on Partner. They include available authorized search and inquiry evidence, useful improvements to the agreed pages when the evidence supports them, and a plain report of changes or a reason to keep the current state, blockers, next steps and the next due date.

We refine the existing agreed pages and locations. This is not an unlimited article, new-page, backlink or offsite campaign service. Facts, permissions and dependent changes still need approval. Practical AI-search work uses accurate useful content and ordinary search fundamentals; search inclusion and model-training choices are separate and we respect your choices. No special AI trick or guaranteed recommendation is sold. Unavailable or low-volume data is unknown, rather than zero or proof of success.

Search checks before launch, in the first live week and at your plan's review dates are included in your price and do not use your change allowance. It does not multiply with the first allowance. We complete the included search work and its checks without charging extra or using your requested-change allowance if it takes longer than planned. Growth and Partner retain their monthly 30-service-minute light content/search upkeep. In a month with a full search review, that month’s regular light search work is part of the review. Unused work from earlier months does not build up.

When reviews are due, including after an upgrade or leaving

Your review dates follow the original launch date. We adjust for shorter months without pushing later reviews back. A due date on a closed support day moves to the next business day. Each completed covered period earns its review, including a review due in the final completed covered period, without buying another month. That obligation survives reversion or termination and continues on the same schedule during paid month-to-month care.

A paid one-cycle upgrade earns one review at the target plan’s depth for that completed cycle, within the existing site, pages and locations. It replaces a coincident earned base review; otherwise it is additional. It is owed at cycle close, or the next business day if closed, even after the upgrade ends or service terminates. It does not reset your original future schedule or create another baseline.

A partial final period receives the normal closing work note and findings handoff, without a bank of unused hours.

What we aim for, and what we cannot promise

Our aim is to help people find you, understand the business and inquire, so genuine new work can bring profit above your website, management, advertising and delivery costs as soon as reasonably achievable. That is an aim, rather than a promise of results or timing.

We distinguish inquiries, qualified opportunities, booked work, collected revenue and costs, with attribution limits. Clicks, test submissions and sampled AI mentions do not prove paid work or extra profit. Our CAD 80 contribution is not counted again as a client cost on top of the bundled Partner fee. Rankings, AI recommendations, inquiries, sales, profit and a date for results are never guaranteed. Changes may take hours to months to appear, and some make no noticeable difference.
